Prince William County is blessed to have a number of outstanding citizens and non-profit organizations that meet the needs of others.  When I first heard of the "Two Percent Project," I was excited to meet their founder, Mrs. Autumn Williams!

She and her team work diligently to meet the needs of teen parents; providing them with tools necessary to succeed!
